Time with Organisation -N/A Experience (Minimum Experience Required - Number of years) -Front Office / Reception experience advantageous. Overall Purpose of the Job -To undertake all Reception and / or Night Audit functions and other duties as required by Management. To welcome and register guests on arrival. Answer telephones and deal with queries and requests. Check guests out on departure. To take reservations and sell rooms and complete various aspects of front office administration as directed. To ensure that courteous and efficient service is provided to guests and suppliers in line with the Company's vision, values and fundamentals. People -N/A Finance -The job requires the handling of money and the authorisation to dispense and deposit company funds and is therefore subject to a fraud and credit check. Occassional Duties -Carry out any duties as may be requested by a Divisional Director: Sales & Marketing and in line with expertise. Education (Formal Qualification Required) -Grade 12. Computer literacy is essential.
